Fasthowl's Temptation WIP

Wolves in pack including ranks: Fasthowl Alpha Male, Nakomis Alpha Female, Changling Beta, Draco Sub, and Tundra Omega.

Fasthowl was fast asleep he was soaking up the winter sun. Draco walked up to him and woke him up "hey leader the pack is kinda hungry" Fasthowl rolled to his feet "there must be a carcass somewhere" he said while moving swiftly to a fast trot "you would think" Draco replied but in a more whisper type manner. As Fasthowl was trotting he looked at the leafless trees, "such a shame winter takes the beauty out of trees" he said quietly. Then Changling walked beside him, he always had a soft spot for her, but the problem was she was a Beta. Changling's beautiful gray eyes looked at Fasthowl, she gave him a friendly smile. "Have you seen Nakomis?" Fasthowl asked Changling, "Yes she was going to the river for a drink, right after we ran from a helicopter" Draco raised his eyebrow "those humans never know when to stop" he growled. Fasthowl was trying to find a carcass he tried using hunting as a last resort. Then he felt a sharp pain through his paw "OUCH" he wimpered loudly, he looked at his paw "its winter why wont these thorns die already" he said while pulling a small thorn out of his paw. "Its funny how something so small can hurt so bad" Draco said in amazment, "its not the thorn that hurts, its whats inside the thorn that hurts" Tundra said while trotting up to Fasthowl, "Oh there you are" Changling said turning her head in Tundra's direction, "I heard a loud whimper" Tundra replied. Fasthowl found a scent, he trotted across the land that was partly covered with snow, and finally unlike what Tundra found like a skeleton there was a carcass, the pack ate happily, some went there ways while some followed like Changling. "Lets find Nakomis" Fasthowl said a little worried, he knew she could take care of herself but he hadnt seen her in awhile. Changling nodded, Changling followed Fasthowl, she would get closer and closer she followed his every move, her eyes dilated everytime she looked at him. Then night fell upon the forest. It started snowing, Fasthowl went to sleep and Changling slept close to Fasthowl. He didnt like it but it was cold so he didnt care. "Maybe just Maybe Changling could fight for Alpha Rank, its not that hard, yes they are friends but surely they could work something out" Fasthowl thought to himself. The next morning Nakomis walked up to the sleeping Fasthowl, Changling had already gotten up and went to the river at the first peak of sunrise. Nakomis woke Fasthowl up and she trotted off, he tried to deal with the idea of Nakomis being his mate, but for some reason he cant.

The snow covered the lands, even the trees looked like they are cold. You would think how could anything live in this waste land? you could mistake it for the arctic. Fasthowl was laying down, his eyes were closed but he wasnt asleep. He smelled the smell of gun powder, he raised his head to see a hunter "I hope your here to apolagize" then he dashed off seconds before he wouldve died. Nakomis found Fasthowl, he slowly became ok with the idea of Nakomis being his mate, "hey Fasthowl I saw you were about to be killed" Nakomis said, "he was a young hunter, he probably wouldve been able to kill me" Fasthowl replied, "Just remember Draco was killed last night" Fasthowl felt emptiness again.
