EDIT: Doesn't make a difference. :/ - It doesn't? Strange.. if it didn't find the files it'd give an error message. Did you click New Game or Load Game? - snowstripe wrote:
- it happens when i drag the dll on the regsvr32.exe

| Alright, I'm having the same problem with this (runtime error 429). I did a little poking around the web and found that Windows Vista (and I assume Vista-like OS's too) have a problem with ActiveX. The solution they suggested (which would help pinpoint what needs to be added to or fixed in the program, "regmon.exe") however is outdated and is no longer available for download. I noticed some of you are not having this problem and are at least able to open the application. What OS's are you running? If my theory behind this is correct, there might just be another .dll file that needs to be added to the program to get it to run on Windows Vista/ 7/ 8. Either that or there may be a way to update ActiveX to make it work. I'm not a programmer though, so any bright ideas?
*(Ps: I run Windows 8 Pro)
EDIT: This problem was a little confusing because I don't know any German! For anyone still having trouble with it, check out the help topic in the forum! When it is all laid out, it is a simple fix!

- A Java-port is planned (which might run on more than just mac...). But this might take a while.

Try that. Install the libraryfiles and vbruntimes. I think they're in the dll-folder too.

| Indeed Though I think we'll see some nasty surprises with users without administration rights... Might work or not. It's untested still Can't count the fact that it loads the dll on my system (everything works on mine unless I have to fix it). | |
