I discovered this today. It's currently a Greenlight on Steam and it looks really interesting. The graphics aren't the best at the moment, but apparently the gameplay itself is impeccable, and the controls are incredible. Just putting it out there to get it more recognition.

Woah, It looks really amazing! At one part it looked like the bird was shooting lightning 0_o haha, I might get this when it comes out.

That's what I like about it, like you aren't just some random bird flying around but you get to be all bada** and shoot lightning.
