LION Color Issues... Empty

So I downloaded LION, clicked !start and this happened: LION Color Issues... E8khgz


The game works perfectly fine it's just the colors are messed up.
Any idea what the problem is?

EDIT: I've discovered that this glitch only occurs when the game is on full screen, it would still be nice to have it fixed though...
