Run Time Error 9

Run Time Error 9 Subscript Out Of Range.
I am not a computer nerd at all in anyway so I was wondering what is going on. I finally figured out my first problems but now I am having a new one. I create a wolf, Join the server and let it load, I close the first thing that comes up and next thing I know, I get an error.
So, exactly what I did.
1) Create an account on the actual game
2) Login in, New Game/Continue
3) Create character and login into the game
4) Let game load and wait for the full thing to let me walk
5) Error comes up
